Burning World is proud to present our newest release: the Conan / Slomatics split cd. The material was earlier releases on 300 copies of vinyl at our collegues Head Of Crom. We’ve sold quite a few of those so we thought when Jon from Conan called to ask us to do the cd: how could we say no? If you are not convinced of the heavy doom from Conan watch the clip below when they destroyed Leeds on September 15th.

Busy days at Burning World headquarters (more posts on the Conan/Slomatics split and Yob CD/DVD to follow later this week). We very much enjoyed the show Lustmord put up at the Incubate Festival in Tilburg two weeks ago and next to that we got to meet Lustmord-mastermind Brian himself. Which was a pleasure. No plans yet but be sure we will be working together again in the future.

Sadly the vinyl for The Monstrous Soul we had in production was ready just a few days too late to sell at the gig, but we had the Zoetrope 2LP avaible which sold well.

The track (wrongly named as Quantum Mystic) comes off the band’s new album, “Live at Roadburn 2010″, which is available on CD/DVD and digitaly via Burning World Records / Bandcamp, followed by a vinyl version later this year or early 2012.
